1. Log into
2. Click on My Profile.
3. Click on Account Overview.
4. Scroll down to Contact Information.
5. Choose the Edit icon beneath Mailing Address.
6. Enter the new Mailing Address and click the Save button.

Note: Updating the mailing address does not start or stop service. Please log in to or visit our for start or stop requests.

2. Click on My Profile.
3. Click on Account Overview.
4. Scroll down to Contact Information.
5. Choose the Edit icon next to Primary Phone Number.
6. Enter your new phone number into the Primary Phone Number field.
7. Click the Save button.

3. Click on Account Overview.
4. Scroll down to Contact Information.
5. Choose the Edit icon next to Email Address.
6. Enter your new email address in the Email Address field.
7. Click the Save button.

1. Log in to
2. Click on My Profile.
3. Click on Notification Preferences.
4. Click the drop down On or Off.
5. Check or uncheck the box next to Select Channel.
6. Update or add your contact method(s).
7. Click the Save button.

1. Log in to
2. Click on My Profile.
3. Click on Guest User.
4. Click Invite User.
5. Complete the Invite User form.
6. Click Submit.

Note: Full access will allow the Guest to make changes. View only access will only allow the Guest to view your account information.
