ÂײÝÊÓƵ Foundation

You care about strengthening your community. So do we. ÂײÝÊÓƵ and the ÂײÝÊÓƵ Foundation have a long history of partnering with communities to make things better.

A legacy of community grants and scholarships

Since 1998, the ÂײÝÊÓƵ Foundation has invested more than $73 million in local community organizations and initiatives. Fueled by the passion of our employees and retirees, the company and Foundation work together to improve the quality of life in communities where ÂײÝÊÓƵ has a presence. We're building partnerships rooted in diverse perspectives that bring more equitable outcomes and greater impact.

Each year, the Foundation supports projects that help families thrive, encourage communities to innovate, and protect the natural beauty of Iowa and Wisconsin.

The ÂײÝÊÓƵ Foundation is an independent, nonprofit philanthropic organization. The Foundation is funded solely by shareowner dollars from ÂײÝÊÓƵoration.

What we stand for

We focus our giving on strategic areas that align with our values and initiatives in communities served by ÂײÝÊÓƵ.

  • Through our support of Hunger and Housing, we ensure families don’t have to choose between a roof over their head or a meal on the table.
  • By focusing on Workforce Readiness, we prepare children and adults with the fundamental skills they need to grow into successful careers.
  • Protecting, restoring, and creating access to natural habitats are part of our Environmental Stewardship funding so that everyone can fall in love with Iowa and Wisconsin.
  • Our support of Community Safety & Engagement strengthens our communities by improving safety for our first responders and giving neighbors a chance to engage with one another.
